This rack was used for 2 months prior to selling the vehicle it went on. Yes, everything is functional, I just don't plan to mount this on my new truck.
Great deal for someone wanting a rack ready to go! The lights alone are worth more than what I'm asking.

SR 40 Cargo Basket w/ all mounting hardware
4 Rigid Industries 202213BLK D-Series Midnight Optic Spot Lights (Fronts)
2 Rigid Industries 50231 D2 Driving Lights (Rear)
Custom built wire harness with 4 way Deutsch Connector (allow a quick disconnect if you need to remove the basket)
2 illuminated rocker switches
