Hello Everyone,
Making my first post here, as suggested. I've been riding over 20 years. Like day rides, overnights and week long rides too. Love my GS's on and off road. Do some off roading trails and track as well.
Anyone riding to Mexico this month?

There is a big trip to Mexico this month. Click the Texas Adventure banner and look for the Recon Ride.

Look in the Dualsport section and there is an upcoming Centerville 300 ride.

There is also the TWT Autumn Rally at the beginning of Nov.

LOTS of riding to be done in October!!

There are also several bike nights in your area. On Tuesdays, people meet at PO's Burgers on Telge, just a hair North of US 290. Meet time is 7:00pm till folks leave. The other is on Thursday nights in Montgomery at Phil's Restaurant at 7:00pm. It is a block South of the FM 149/Hwy 105 intersection.

Here is a link to the Red River Motorcycle Trails in Meunster, Texas which is located on the Oklahoma/Texas border.

There will be several of us from Fort Bend, Harris and Montgomery counties headed up that way for the weekend of Nov 17/18. Will probably be joined by a rider or two from the Austin area and several from the DFW area.

Thanks Tony, I'd love to go!!, Haven't been to RRMT before, but certainly looks awesome. I have another trip already planned for that weekend, don't think I can change it. Any other dates aligned?
Do you guys go to Sam Houston Trails or Outlaw Trax? (http://www.outlawtrax.com/)

We are members at Outlaw. Try to ride as often as possible but here lately that hasn't been very often. For right now the only date set up is the RRMT ride. Keep an eye on the Off-Road section for future ride dates.
 
Welcome to the site! I also like your ride selection.

I stay up in the Deep East Texas area but really enjoy the vicarious experiences from this site and the fact that this site maintains strict standards for civility and respect. See ya on the road!

Txsandman & I will be riding SHNF West side monday morning & as Tony mentioned we ride Outlaw from time to time also. C'mon out when you can:rider: .

We went to Outlaw today (Saturday) and it was great, a bit warm, but the trails were excellent!.
I work next Monday, but drop me a line next time you guys go to SHNF trails on a weekend/holiday, will try to join. Love those trails.

Wow I didn't know about Outlaw Trax....That looks like a neat place and it's not to far from where I live in Tomball...
