I'll have to vote E. I don't want her to run because I don't want to hear her voice any longer than necessary. I don't think she could win but why take the chance.

I don't want her to run because I'm tired of the two big parties constantly giving us subpar candidates to choose from. It's time for some real choices here, people.

I'm in the "I don't really care if she runs or not, but I don't think she will win if she does" group.

Agreed, but sadly subpar candidates are the only ones that are foolish enough to run and have a chance of winning

I'm there, but I'm afraid if she wins, we'll find out it was a shell game played to the "at least she's not that other person" crowd. She's got this machine behind her, building her up; she has a ton of hype around her all of a sudden, and I still don't get it. It'll be another winning by nebulosity campaign. She's the darling of the right, but I don't understand a thing about her politics. Death by soundbite all over again.

When the straight party ticket is removed from the ballot, then we shall see some changes.
She has the cultural personality, not much else to offer. Some one else pulls the strings for this puppet.

I think that the next two years of the new Congress will totally decide the 2012 election. If it stays SSDD, then it's a toss up.

Yup.

The Republicans should win, or at least have a very good shot at winning. Putting Palin on the ticket frankly lessens the chances of a Republican win. And if they do pull it off despite a Palin on the lead ticket, I'm afraid we'd have a somewhat subpar candidate turn into a very subpar office holder. Problem is, I still don't see a Republican frontrunner emerging who could be both a high probability elect-able candidate AND a qualified office holder.

Re: Sarah Palin 2012

I really like Sarah, but I don't think she will be able to overcome the thrashing the media will give her (or already gave her). They will be saying she's dumber than President Bush. I hope we come up with a strong fiscal conservative who will at least propose to start taking some steps back from the cliff we are about to go over.

Re: Sarah Palin 2012

They should take the parties off the ballots so the people have to know who they are voting for. Not just blindly checking off every candidate with their favorite party next to the name.
