Where are they located and what would you figure the minimum usable waist and chest size are. My buddy is breaking into the street riding scene and needs some starter gear to see if he likes it.

Chest is gonna be same as belly.
I can put it on...jus cant zip it
Normally wear XL -2X depending on brand. This jacket is cut for a slimmer guy
