Yeah, I was out riding west/NW of Katy and saw a bunch of signs out today.
Glad I saw them, I was planning on going for a ride out there again tomorrow, but will go somewhere else.
They are called Fusion from and Austin company called Feniex. The fronts have the 40 degree TIR optics and the rears have 180 degree optics. They also have 2 power feeds (Mode 1 and Mode 2). The rears are set (configurable) to flash amber/red on mode 1 and steady red on mode 2. My intention is to have mode 2 hooked into the brake lights.
