Re: WSBK!
Loved how that came down to the last day and the last race. Three guys with a shot at it.
Don't post spoilers in case some folks haven't seen the race yet.

Re: WSBK!
Biagiiiiiiii!!!! Apriliaaaaaaa!!!!
![]() Max made it closer than he should've in Race 1, although a number of riders had problems with grip on that turn. WSBK was great this season, but don't count out Moto2. Iannone and Marquez have had great battles this season...

Re: WSBK!
SBK is certainly a good race series. MotoGP could learn a few things on how to fill a grid.
Which race was it when Max went off in turn one then came back to win the race? That was a great race. Shows how truly talented he is. AMA has not been to shabby this year, looks like the new organizer has a pretty good grip on things, the 15 minutes of commentary before each race would work better as filler during the race so we could see more laps.

Re: WSBK! -- SPOILERS!! --
I'm with Tourmeister. I want them BOTH in Austin. I went to WSBK races the first year... wonder if I can find my old tshirt... wonder if it'd fit....
If anything, can we have WSBK and Moto2 and Moto3? MotoGP isn't nearly as much fun to watch consistently as the other races are... especially Moto2 and 3.You can saw what you will about Max making it interesting with the race 1 crash... but Tom Sykes had more than his share of ill luck this year. Leading in the rain and having the race called just shy of full points? Getting clipped from behind while leading with 3 turns left? Blowing engines? I sure hope Kawasaki figures out the setup problem with the tires. If Sykes could run the entire race like he runs the first 6 or 8 laps he'd never lose. LOL Good year of racing. When do track schools start at CotA?

Re: WSBK! -- SPOILERS!! --
I missed the whole half point thing somewhere along the line. What caused that to happen?

Re: WSBK! -- SPOILERS!! --
That. Very frustrating. But like I said, if Kawasaki had figured out the tires issue earlier, Tom would have won. Too many times he was in the lead for 10 laps and fell back to 5th or 8th.

Re: WSBK! -- SPOILERS!! --
Well, and in Portugal, the race before, his engine cut loose. So that cost him points too.

Re: WSBK! -- SPOILERS!! --
Just watched the Super Sport SBK, Kawasaki is winning in Europe, Honda not doing to bad, got the manufacturers title by the last race. Good racing.
I would like to see 250 be truly prototype, same with the mid class and Moto GP. It has to have two wheels in line. Rules are for whiners. displacements 250, 500, 1000 +/- 5%. this way we get to see some truly exotic bikes, like the inline 6s of Honda., V8 of Moto Guzzi. If you can build it, you can race it if it laps within the 110% rule? So two rules, has two wheels and it has to be fast enough not to get run over in 10 laps.

Re: WSBK! -- SPOILERS!! --
Yep, but that championship was decided so there wasn't much on the line other than a win.
