If you ride to Muenster, make sure you eat at DOC'S and forget Central.
This place was the first Hospital and Pharmacy and has been converted to a nice Pub/Restaurant.
There are photos of the original place back in the 20's.
They have a back patio for band music on weekend nights.
The Erdinger (German dark beer), is the best and always cold. :chug:
Connie(owner) and her staff always greet you with a big smile.
She will gladly take the time to sit and chat with you, if you invite her over.
The food is great!!!
The chicken wings are full of flavor, they are very crispy with meat on them and the celery and carrots are fresh.
The Ruben's are AWESOME, the German potato salad is to die for.
It has little pieces of ham, sauerkraut and cloves MMM MMM good!!
The Fajita Grille Chicken Salad is as big as Texas and the best I ever had, I dare you to try it.
The burgers are great and the coffee too.
The Black Forest German Chocolate Cake will bring you to your knees.
The Chocolate Cheese Cake is the perfect blend between sweet and bitterness.
Other bikers like my friend and I, have become regulars on Saturday noon.
You can see the street from inside, so you can keep an eye on your bike all the time if you are paranoid.
The restaurant is on JCT. of 373 and 82. This is right on the street light on main street next to ACE hardware store and an empty lot.
You can't miss it.
