Is this fuel injected and street legal?

I assume it's street legal because the turn signals. Google search says it has a carburetor.

My bad. It's fuel injection. I can't spell and obviously can't read. I got a text from one of the spelling police saying I was wrong about the fuel injection.

Great looking do it all bike. Especially outdoors and in it's element.

Interested in a trade? I'm looking for a smaller bike. I have a 2016 KLR 650 with around 7500 miles on it. I installed crash bars, progressive springs in the fork, Sargent World cut down seat, Lexx exhaust, aftermarket h-bars and 1 inch risers, billet rear master cylinder cover.
Anyway, just thought I would ask.

Wish you were closer, that looks like a great little bike for my daughter's first bike.

Considering used stock versions of this bike sell for 2800 to 3500, I thought I had it reasonably priced. Time will tell.
