Man... Crandall is a blast from my past! Wayyyy back in 1969-70, my Dad was the pastor of a tiny little Methodist church there. I think it was his first church. I was around 3-1/2 years old. I even remember watching the moon landing in nursery school. We used to play in the cotton trailers made of chicken wire. Gas was about 20 cents/gal. The little lady across the street, Mrs. Shipley, used to baby sit me and I remember get totally excited whenever she got a new catalog with all the latest tractors and implements in it! They were big glossy photos! I loved those catalogs
