Ride to Mid-America Flight Museum tomorrow

This is kind of late notice, but my eaa chapter is taking a tour of the mid america flight museum in mt pleasant tomorrow and I was thinking about riding there if anyone is looking for something to do. Planning to roll out around 8:30am. Can meet at 9am at the Duke's travel plaza on 271 and 20 for anyone around the Tyler/ Lindale area.

Had a good ride and got to see a bunch of vintage aircraft that still fly and don't just sit in hangars. The wisteria was blooming all around east Texas and it highlighted the the roads in purple.

After the tour another EAA group was hosting a Runway Gumbo event and we flew/rode over to Gladewater for that. This is a twice a month event and the museum is open every Saturday 10-2 so I will probably do this trip again if anyone wants to join me sorry for the short notice to everyone.
