This is a 2000 model 30FSB with a dry gross weight of 6,126 pounds; bonded aluminum superstructure with a slide-out that provides good floor space for comfortable living, short or long term. The bedroom is up front and has an RV queen bed. The sofa makes into a bed as well. There are outside storage lockers behind the living room and under the bedroom and tons of inside storage for an RV. Hang-up closets near the front door and in the bathroom, cabinets galore! My wife and I lived in this trailer for 18 months while our property was developed and our house built. We no longer need it. PDF file of sales brochure and owner's manual for slighter newer model available.
