Just the bags, you will need standard Givi racks, i recommend the quick removable racks.
 
I had a set of those for quite a while....compact..perfect sized cases....I jus learned to pack lighter when I switched from the E360 cases. Now I have the newer version E22s
Someone needs ta snatch these up

You can pick up one of those Givi knock off cases on ebay for under $100 shipped. The one that fits the Givi Monokey plate & looks like an E360/460 is appx 35ltr size. I think Ive also seen one that looks like the older style Givi E45 which is more squared style but bigger at 40-45ltr
