SOLD....thanx Doug!

Ive had this mower for about 10 years now
Its been reliable & only needed the usual stuff...a new battery...blades...spk plugs...filters & of course.. oil

I bought a brand new larger mower this year so this one is takin up space now.
I put the still good 210ca AGM battery from my Tenere in the mower...(could use some better adapting plates) it cranks & runs just fine..cuts fine but needs a deck adjustment or blades (uneven cut)
Could prob use a oil & filter change too

Hydrostatic drive transmission works good
Tires are in good shape too (1 front assy replaced 2 years back)

Briggs & Stratton opposed twin flathead IC engine 18 HP rating
42" 2 blade deck with fairly new belts

$400 obo 0419181730.jpg0419181731.jpg0419181730b.jpg0419181731a.jpg0419181730a.jpg

Rod I'm interested. Give me a holler when it might be convenient to drop by.

Can it do a wheelie? Has it been raced?
:trust:

Re: FS: Riding Lawn Mower MTD Yard Machines 18HP B&S 42" Deck

With the deck off yes, it will wheelie quite well, with it on you have to give her a yank.

I would be right down there to pick her up but I had enough trouble making room for another motorcycle.
Another mower would upset the balance, 6 bikes and 6 mowers is enough.

Would it be wrong to think you have "focus" issues?

Is it a one speed transmission?

Push pedal to go, push little go slow Push far go fast.
Once you go hydro you can never go back to gears.
