VStrm front brake kicking my ample backside

Can't say I know a bunch about Strom's, but I do know a bunch about brakes. Check the bobbins are floating properly, too:

Again, I don't know a bunch about Stroms, but I would think they have semi-floating discs. He talks about them fairly early on in the video (like about 1.5 min or less).

Wrong video. Here's the one he actually does something with them, starting at about 19 min.

Found it, defective part from factory.
The right side caliper carrier pin holes are mis-aligned, not drilled square with the rotor.
Visible after I ran the carrier to it's extreme travel.
Installing the new pads and just running the bike shows pad wear points to support this finding.
Appears that the problem existed for the original owner but not enough miles for him to replace the pads and find the problem.

DFW, your exploded drawing fiche was key in isolating this. Thanks!
