a Lenaerts Motorcycle, for kids, no real engine maybe from a mary-go-round, old and kinda valuable to some people.

As a kid I remember riding one that looked a whole lot like that at the county fair every year. Instead of horses on a merry go round they just had several of these that rolled around in a circle.
