Logistically what is needed?
Dates (Mar 28-31) (April4-7) or there about timeframe.
Location (Llano area)
Lodging (there are several options if i remember) Getting the best deal for a group takes some work
Dining(for a group) takes some work as well
Picture event
Meetup before riding location
Shirts

When these started the LLano area was nice and you can't really beat the hill country for accessibility.

I understand how organizing an event can be time consuming(i have been involved with an event for the last few years) and it certainly helps to spread the load.

Input from those interested on all of the above
I did prefer moving the base location further south so that folks wanting to do the sisters wouldnt have as far to go getting there... Its a big enough loop to cover the 3s (335,336,337) not to mention 470 & 1050
& for those really out there 55 377 & 674
Kerrville seemed ta work out good as a base although Fredericksburg could be an option too

Here is a thought to simplify this
Decide on dates (see above)
The Stonehenge location can be the central meet spot to start rides
There are quite a few hotels there. While it would be great to get a deal, usually you can network and find someone to share a room with.
Lakehouse dinner on Saturday Night (630PM)
Jellystone park offers camping and or cabins as well.
I would be in.
GRSA (Mar 29-31)

Jellystone is the New York City of camping
I looked at Schreiner Park today... Hillside has some good spots for a mix of tents...cabins.. & RVs close together...showers too

But the Kville KOA still has the best deal so far...price..proximity...& provisions
I like the end of March...

I'm interested in helping out. Might be little more then a gopher guy, phone-caller, parking lot attendant.
