I'll be leading a group from DFW to Tyler on May 30 for Pie Run V to the Purple Pig Cafe. All are welcome- we can ride at whatever pace the group feels comfortable. Please RSVP in this thread if you're coming and where you'll meet up at- feel free to post up anywhere on GBTW and join the group for the ride to Rowlett.

36N just west of Quinlan to 1564E will route around the rather mundane drive up to Lake Tawakoni (although 513 is fun). Also, 1567E intersects 2948/852 for a spirited run into Winnsboro, sacrificing Lake Fork crossings for twisties.

I'm a "maybe" pending corporate Byron Nelson duties, riding an '09 Multistrada.

30th looks open. I'll meet the group at the intersection of 36 and 1564 around 9:30. Red '09 Multistrada. Or simply the guy hanging out at the crossroads.

How are ya'll hanging in there with the 60% chance of rain Saturday? I am thinking about a slightly later start and more direct route and wanted to see what ya'll's thoughts were. Probably eliminate the after-lunch ride and straighten out the return as well depending on how it is that day.

Let's make it a game time decision. If its threatening, we take the direct route.
 
I'm out. Possibly. Natalia already had plans for us. If she cancels, then I'm back in. Don't care if it rains or not.
 
It's looking like a terrible day for a ride, lol. Oh well!
 
And I'm out. My wife has decided to get a fever of some sort, and I can't leave her alone with the little monsters like that.
 
I'm gonna go take a local cruise. Go take some pictures of flooded roads.
