I'm not a lawyer, but I would imagine if the other party knew that a video existed and felt that it would help their case, it could be admitted into evidence.
Nope, just erase it. They did not prosecute Hillary did they? Doesn't this establish precedent?
I had a dash cam in my truck when an old guy in a BMW ran a 4 way so and T-boned the truck. When he gave his story to his insurance company he said it my fault. I sent them a 10 second video clip from the cam and I had a check in 2 days.
Same type of reason I have been considering one.
