He must have slipped on a teddy bear. Poor fella.
 
It's a real article, but the ending part was added/modified (check Snopes if you don't believe me). Funny none the less. And the bad guy did get a trip to the pokey courtesy of some marines and bystanders, so the real life story does have a happy ending.
