If they do the exact route as has been done in the past, I don't see how! Once they get stuck or dropped in the right spot, probably be out of time by the time they get going again. But should be interesting. Of course they could be so modified that it is possible with their insane abilities.

That's funny. When I had my 1150 GS, I carried one of those folding shovels everywhere I went, and there were more than a few times it got used!

Well that sucked...On the way to work this morning. Spare wheel with new tire was hot shotted to me via my pit babe. Thanks TD...

You're running tubes on your Dakar? That should be a 5 min plug and go roadside job with a Slime pump and tubeless tires.

Nah that's only the nail head. Looks like a standard big headed roofing nail. One sticky string plug required only I bet.

I gave up on those cone shaped plugs. I only use the sticky strings now. They are cheap and pretty much EVERY gas station or convenience store has them.

Ok, I am going tubeless. Any recommendations on which way to go about it? I see that there are different kits out there, which is the best way to go?
