DAL/FTW: Lunch ride Saturday to Sam's Resturant in Fairfield

I am riding to Sam's in Fairfield for lunch. Leaving from Sachse, KSU at 845a.

Going to ride the best (least straight) looking roads I could find on a map from here to there, roughly 145mi. May super slab it back home to cut time.

Meeting at Allsups in Sachse at 830. Kickstands up at 845a.
