I'd be interested in going to Dublin. Would it be the standard meet up in Bluff Dale?

Timing and route I'm taking ...

Leaving Granbury at 0900
51S and 203S to Walnut Springs
927S and 1238S to the "Y" at 219
219W through Fairy, Carlton and Dublin.

Arrive at Granny Clark's 11-ish

219N to Huckabay
108N to 1188/1189 to just south of Lipan.
Star Hollow and Colony Rds back to Granbury

200-220 miles.

Don't expect a blistering pace.
But, posted limits or slightly above, rolling stops and an occasional pass on a yellow line might be in store.

An excuse to slack is never really needed, but with this great riding weather, it's almost a moral imperative.

Where are you starting off in Granbury?
