Yea it was a real good day. He got a deal on the property its has 5 acres and he's looking to purchase another 5 acres next to him then a major re-model on the house.

There are some abandoned gold mine shafts on the property and if you noticed he has 2 bags of lye on the porch. No need for a machine.;-)
