UNDER SEAT ACCESS TO REAR TAIL LIGHT /BREAK HARNESS

REAR TAIL HARNESS GREEN (RT TAIL), BLACK (LEFT TAIL), BROWN (LICENCE LIGHT +), BLACK/WHITE (GROUND) COMING FROM FRONT

HACKING INTO HARNESS, FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS USING POSI LOCK CONNECTORS

POSITAP USED FOR LICENCE PLATE WIRE BROWN INTO ORANGE. BLACK/WHITE TAPPED IN TO GROUND WIRE

LAST WIRE, TESTING FOR BRAKE WIRE. USING HOME MADE 12VDC TEST LIGHT

WRAPING THE HARNESS

SUCCESS, WORKING AS EXPECTED...RUNNING LIGHT MODE BREAK AND LESS INTENSE BLINKERS IN RUNNING MODE NOW

FULL STOP MODE, RUNNING LIGHTS -MORE INTENSE

FULL STOP MODE AND RIGHT BLINKER

FRONT FENDER AREA, RIGHT SIDE MODULE W/ WIRE HARNESS, PLUGS INTO OEM PLUGS. EASY INSTALL USING FACTORY CONNECTORS PURCHASED

RED WIRE...POWER , BOTTOM WIRE CONNECTING TO BLINKER. TOP WIRE CONNECTING TO HANDLEBAR CONTROLS

POWER SOURCE FOR 12 OCLOCK LABS FRONT RUNNING LIGHTS DEVICE

POWER WIRE, TAPPED FROM "POSITION" LIGHT IN FRONT HEADLIGHT AREA

TUCKED AWAY FRONT HARNESS

FORGOT TO ADD 10 AMP FUSE TO REAR BACK OFF DEVICE PER INSTRUCTIONS

Front 12 oclock labs device

Replaced all 4 Amber bulbs to high intensity led bulbs.

I probably have about $125 in this project. Worth every penny to me. Much more visible.

Led hyper flash issue fixed with resister flasher module with flasher speed control that I just so happened to have from previous project.

Nice job. I love Positap and Posilock connectors, but have to order them. They're expensive, & I seem to find them in mix packs where I get sizes I don't need. Do you have a local source for them?

Naa, eBay from that guy in haslet texas. Close to you however up in metroplex. Do they still say that?

Posi's , yes expensive but wanted it done well and can take it apart and remove it easily for my next project if I wish

I've gotten mine off Amazon so far. Haven't tried EBay. I have gone to the manufacturer's website hoping to find a local store that carries their stuff. So far, no joy.

Never used them before but have heard of and good things about them so spent about 20 bucks for a pack of locks and taps..work well and I can't solder worth a dime.

Thanks Sander. Wanted to get this done before the next months ride.

I hated cutting into the factory harness in the back :ponder:

and even asked signal dynamics (backoff) if they had a version with factory connectors like the 12oclock labs front set up. Unfortunately they didn't and had to put on the big boy britches and figure it out.
