... that the Carpenters Bluff bridge replacement is well on its way. "I crossed the Red River today on the Carpenter Bluff Bridge. Looks like it might be the last time as there is a new bridge just upriver being constructed..."
The replacement bridge was started in June and scheduled for a 300 day completion. That puts it about April-ish. The old bridge will be relegated to foot traffic only.
