A friend's bike after an encounter with a tree at Sterling Ranch. He is busted pretty good but appears nothing that needs repairing, lol, just time. The bike not so lucky!

Ouch...

Reminds me of the front end of my KLR 650 after I got hit head on by a kid on an ATV... Twisted it up like a wet noodle and bent the forks back to the radiator.

Brings a whole new meaning to "tree hugger". Been there done that. Still have the broke front hub on my garage wall from a 1990 KDX that did some hugging at the Fluvanna Texas TSCEC event back in 1991.
Yeah, the trees in West Texas are Tough! But the trees in the forest are BIG!

Hope the bike is all that is hurt.

Bikes are so good now that we can go faster than we should and not even feel it....until a tree comes a calling .

Just remove the broken parts and be happier with a lighter bike.:zen:
