I have for my XT200, which is closely related to the TW. So far it works well. Hope this is helpful.

Ive used a dozen of them on different bikes and had great luck with them. Theyre cheaper than the parts to repair the oem, and many honda dirtbikes are not rebuildable anyway -meaning you have ot buy the whole valve. buy two and keep a spare.
 
Thanks. The bike belongs to a friend who had several in storage. I may or may not buy it for myself if I can unload a 1979 CB750
