Depends how "mod" you want to go. There is a GY6 mod that puts a 150cc scooter engine in it, those get about 60. But you pay for it.

Tuning the variator to suit you is the easiest for speed. Right now it gets me to almost 45 on flat surface no wind. I weight about 205.

My 145lb wife gets there much quicker, and easier in wind or hill.

If i had to say a max, I'd say 42 or so. But at 100 mpg, and it's a blast to ride....

If I hadn't just spent 4k on my eyeballs, I'd buy it. Big bore kit, turbo and stretched! Talk about wild.
