ColinsHope.org Got2Swim - Meredith

A good friend (actually my nutritionist) participated in the www.ColinsHope.org Got2Swim event yesterday swimming NINE miles while raising funds for drowning prevention awareness programs. I was fortunate enough to be able to shoot the event from the start to finish.

While doing post, here's one that has stuck out from the rest so far I really like.

No, that's her husband who was her Water Guardian for the nine mile swim. He's an accomplished trail runner, as in stuff like the Leadville 100 mile trail run.


I've got the full gallery up now. Shot in excess of 1000 images and was able to cull it down to about 650 for this project. Had it been a personal gallery I could have gone down much more, but I really wanted everyone who participated to have multiple images of their efforts for such an important program. On a related note, I've already received an email I'm in for the four mile swim in 2013.
