Met an NFL player at TWS track day

I met Tony Ugoh at a Lone Star event last weekend at TWS. He played for the Colts, lions, and last year got a superbowl ring with the Giants. He goes pretty fast on a ZX14 also.

If you see someone on a ZX14 and the bike looks small, it might be him. Really nice guy.

I'm amazed his contract will allow him to ride.

My understanding is that the NFL guys can ride, but they must wear helmets and may be required to gear up.

Just like each contract has a different dollar amount, each contract may have different clauses on acceptable activities.

That's something else there. I remember looking at the 14 at the bike show and thinking about how much bigger it is than my FZ1.

About 2:10s. Pretty good for a second track day on worn street tires. I didn't take my camera to the track that day.

I asked the same thing and he said he rode to work (play) all the time.
Remember Ben Rothenberger. He rode a motorcycle and I'm pretty sure he made more than Tony did and had more restrictions on his contract.. Tony is a free agent this year after 5 years, I hope he makes it.
