Could it be? Garmin's actually bringing a cheaper option to the Zumo line?
Garmin Zumo 220

Looks like a Nuvi with a waterproof housing and motorcycle mounts in the box.
  • Still has BT, but its not clear if that'll work with cellphones, or only wireless headsets
  • Only has 500 way points vs the 1000 on the 66*
  • Only 10 routes (additional on the card) vs the 20 on the 66*
  • Does not do MP3 and audiobooks like its biger siblings
  • Basically a slightly dumbed down version of the 66*'s with a smaller screen.

Full comparison of the 3 current models here

I still like the physical buttons of the 450/550's but the price point is much more papable on the 220.

I regularly see new 550's list for just over $600. I know where I'd put 600 clams. In my belly.

Do a search for "owner product reviews" for the model you're interested in. It really helped me when I was doing my research on a gps. Although the reviews on the 220 will be limited to "pre-release" media since it's release date is March 2010.
