I have a Harbor Freight Tire Changer $45.00. I also have a pallet with a plywood top if you'd like to have it to mount it to. It can be picked up in Rendon TX (near Jambo's BBQ) which is between Crowley and Mansfield. 817-614-8076

I have the same setup but added the Mojo blocks to keep the jaws from scratching my rims. Changes tires extremely well for the money spent.
