You would have loved your DRZ out there.

Btw, sKatZ you may wanna eyeball a crf250l as a valid replacement to Q for long trips. It has a pretty low seat height and 6 gears.

And Yammi XT250 has even a lower seat, is lighter, air cooled and still fuel injected. Don't know if dealers have them yet tho.

Do any of those come with outriggers? Then again, how would anyone know I arrived if I didn't let Q take a nap?

Bob, it's getting better. Somehow dinged up a nerve but the numbness is passing and I can get my fingers to cooperate a little more now. I think I'll be good by the weekend! <<still can't do that in real life...

We spotted a couch along 217 on Sunday. Since I had bobs truck and trailer for Q I was half tempted to pick it up and bring it out to your place.

If we stand it on end I believe we can beat the 40 foot flame from Saturday night by a factor of 2!

Probably need to consider moving the pit a little further from that tree as well.

While we're at it maybe we can place old mattresses at all the places Skatz thought to do soil samples. . If she decides she is done with geology we can burn them too!

Does this mean you are volenteering to move the fire ring I notice we singed the oak tree leaves on that side...impressive considering the fires of days gone by

When I read "BarcaLounger" I though James had something against Goldwings.

Hmm.. lots of plastic on those. Plastic so far has burned well. Would probably burn better than the ural... not much plastic there.

I think that sounds very much like TTR is volunteering! I'm sure he'd do a terrific job, too, if his rock-hauling abilities are even remotely close to his Q-hauling skillz The old mattresses won't be necessary. I'm getting one of those inflatable sumo suits. I think it will be perfect!

You and I, of course, will supervise.

I am doing better...my little pain reminders keep me in check when I start using things that I should not. No1CPA came over last night and I changed his brake lines on his R110GS and it really upset my shoulder. He had blown a line out and had been continuing to ride with only rear brake He is amazed at the difference in the old lines verses new Galfers...though I was abit irritated that they did not fit quite like factory
