Re: The Craigslist Thread

My local KTM/Honda dealer (and Kawasaki, Yamaha, BMW, Can-Am) never charges me shipping and gets me parts pretty quick.
When I was rebuilding the KTM, I ordered a ton of parts thru them. No shipping and their prices were as good or really close to online prices and they got me the parts sooner than Bike Bandit could.

Who are you calling old????
The fact that some of us were dodging dino-dung on the way to school on our bikes means nothing. At least we can still do math in our heads and calculate the tip and change without picking up our 'smart phones'.
Even if we can't quite recall where we left our keys, we still remember our original addresses, and racing home when the street lights came on.
I've forgotten where I was going with this...
Nice car by the way

$1298 in 1980's dollars is $4,002.73. Price is high, but just like everyone on CL, it's posted probably 30-40% above what the buyer will take because everyone lowballs on CL, and the buyer expects that.

Scam, or either at least one or two people are going to make the front page of the city state, when he gets home. Morticians need to make a living too. I say it's having to do with the oldest profession in the world.

Road trip anyone?

Three Rivers Brewery in Farmington is almost worth the drive itself.
