Might be the end of BVORR
Attached to this post is link to city of Bryan map of planned new roads for the near future.
City of Bryan will eminent domain BVORR for multiple road ways. They plan on taking away the access road for a public road, then cross dividing the property by placing three roads that will cross the property from north to south. If you look at the map it appears that the whole area is being divided up for purposes of development. I will be disappointed if the citizens of Bryan approve the funding for this which will in turn largely financially benefit the real estate agents and brokers at taxpayers expense.
In Brazos county property ownership is merely an illusion. In realty you only rent the property from the government until some elected official decides they have a better way to use the property!
If you pull up the map zoom in and scroll around leonard road and you will see all the planned roadways chopping up BVORR!
