Took my 2012 DL1000 in for inspection and asked if they could do the ECU swap/service bulletin. Maint. dept. Bob, says "yes, that's a great mod."

I did not buy the bike there. Bob jumped through the hoops he had to with Suzuki and I got the upgraded ECU and two iridium plugs. No charge!

Customer service here is beyond my expectations. Great dealership...
