Re: RIP ECHO_FOUR_ROMEO

I know that we always joked that we wanted to go out while riding, but this isn't what we had in mind. At least you were doing what you loved. RIP.

The few times I met him at Friday Ice Cream he always struck me as one of the good ones. He is far too young, and it is sad to see him go.

Re: RIP ECHO_FOUR_ROMEO

7am on a Monday morning. That is odd that a man is driving intoxicated at the same time people are going to work. It's not Saturday night after midnight. This drunk could have taken any of us out.

RIP indeed. So freakin unfair.

That's what gets me too. Get up, head to work, and never freakin make it there.

I don't ride later at night anymore due to that issue. But 7am on a Monday morning. I don't have words.

Re: RIP ECHO_FOUR_ROMEO

Driving down bush and back is one of the reasons I tend to cage it to work. Traffic here in the last few years has gotten unbelievable, that excludes the drunkards.

Not everyone works a standard Mon-Fri 9-5 job. The drunk could have gotten off his shift at 2 am, 5 am, or whatever, and just went and got hammered.

There's an easy solution to preventing this person from hurting/killing anyone else in the future, but society tends to frown upon my recommendation.

Sure hate to hear this...

His baby son looks like him. This rips our heart out. This is a tough one as young as he is, to loose his life in this tragedy.
The picture of son looking up intently at his dad, now it has been stolen.
