Randy "Bemer906" Rinewalt

Howdy,

Randy had been a member of TWT since Nov 2006. He had one intro post and was content to be a lurker the last few years. Some of you may have noticed that when your birthday rolls around, if you entered a real date, you get an email from the site wishing you a happy birthday. Well, it seems that Randy got this email a few days ago (10/16/09). It is not uncommon for me to get replies from the users in response to these emails. Unfortunately, this is the one I got from Randy...

Thank you for remembering Randy's birthday. Randy passed away on March 19th, 2009 unexpectedly from Acute Myeloid Leukemia he did not know he had. Please take his name off your list. Thank you. His wife Joanne Rinewalt
Randy lived in Clifton and rode several different bikes. According to his intro post, his 1975 BMW R90/6 was his favorite. I don't know if any of you knew him, but I thought I would just post this up for him. Recent events in my own life have reinforced just how quickly things can go in a direction we don't expect. So cherish the moments and the people around you. If you take them for granted, when you least expect it, they may no longer be there...

Wishing Randy a belated rest in peace...

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Eph 4:29 (NIV)
Think before you post. Leave out the vulgarity, personal attacks and foul language!

Human reason must justify what the human will has chosen, even at the cost of falsifying reality. - Stephen Westerholm

The issue is always the same: the government or the market. There is no third solution. - Ludwig von Mises

Where politicians flourish, long history has harshly taught us, people and their liberty wither. Where the state is god and the "public interest" worshipped, individual man will be found bleeding upon the altar. - Karl Hess

I heartily accept the motto, “That government is best which governs least.”… Carried out, it finally amounts to this, which also I believe—”That government is best which governs not at all”; and when men are prepared for it, that will be the kind of government which they will have. — Henry David Thoreau, 1849
