Re: Still want to ride in mud?

I cleaned my bike last night and I'm pretty certain I've never cleaned so much mud off my bike (and I've ridden in mud a fair bit). It took close to an hour with the pressure washer to get the mud off. After a lap my supposedly sub 230 lbs bike had to weigh close to 300 lbs. This race was an interesting adventure for sure.

Re: Still want to ride in mud?

Great pictures guys. I sure don't miss cleaning the bike after rides.

Anyway, when are guys gonna get wise and get a Christini? They mod frames for KTMs. Don't have to worry about burying the bike anymore, it stays on top and tracks straight every time. Sand or mud.

About the time I can afford to spend that kind of money on a dirt bike.

Thanks Rob, that's kind of you to say. I can remember taking him and his buddies to ride when they were teens. I could spank them like a four year old at K-Mart. Anymore, I can't keep any of them in sight past two corners, and they tease me unmercifully about it. Oh well, at least they still take me along for entertainment...

His bikes are always meticulously maintained.
