Any good DFW custom part manufacturers?

Here's the deal. I bought a seat from a guy, it's in fantastic condition. It came with a drivers backrest and a passenger backrest pad. It's an Ultimate big Boy, if you're curious, for a Honda VTX 1800.

Anyway, so I have this great seat and a nice passenger backrest pad. The problem is the pad has a strange hole configuration that doesn't seem to be for any off the shelf sissy bar and bracket.

So, does anyone know of a place in DFW where I could get a sissy bar manufactured and chromed to work with this pad? Would that be stupid expensive? Would it be smarter to put this pad on eBay and buy a new pad that's configured for the sissy bar I buy?
