Hey mr Dixon,I have a rollchart that goes from moscow to geneva that is very close to where this shows.I might get with you to see if it could be put together being my route is out and back.

I'll look closer after work.
What do you think?

What do you think?

I like the idea. DannyRoth has been wanting to do the Moscow to Geneva ride every since I started reading and posting on TWT. Have you been speaking to him? I have a friend that lives in Geneva (Game Warden) so we have a destination stop if we need it. I have even prepared him to clear out a spot on the side lot for me and my "friends" to pitch a tent. Of course there is the state park in Geneva on a small lake of sorts that is nice and is almost always empty that we could camp at too. Or if we really want to rough it. I have access to a 60 acre tract that we could really PREMATIVE camp on too just south east of Geneva.

Now... I will have to get busy putting a route together for a 4 county DS ride. Starting at my Parents, and ending at my sisters in Chireno. I know in my gut it will be a better part of a day of riding. Roads like you see above, and roads like these.

Greasemonkey. The Moscow-Geneva ride most likely stays well to the south of Sam Rayburn until you get to the east side of the lake.

Where I typically play is on the north side of the lake. Look for WODEN; ETOILE; MELROSE & CHIRENO on your map maker.

So these will most likely have to be two rides.

GAME ON!!!

Re: Nacogdoches County DS'ing...

I'm here, I'm here!! Sounds like my kind of ride and in my neck of the woods, too. I have the Moscow-Geneva route charted out in an older .mps file that I would gladly share if I knew how to do it. I have seen parts of the route but have been wanting to scout it out. Let's do it.

If you will PM me with your e-mail address and tell me how to send you the file I will do that.

Re: Nacogdoches County DS'ing...

I have several friends that live in the Moscow area that would probably be glad to let anyone leave trailers and tow vehicles at their place while we two-wheeled the ride.

Along with that. I have a staging area in Geneva if we wanted to leave have a trailer waiting there too.

I don't see any option to save the file as any other than .mps. I can send it to you and you can try to open it as a compatible file, though.

The KLR has bin on ALL those roads many many times.
Duke is very correct timing is every thing, many of these roads go very underwater at times, and if it is dry the sand becomes dune like.
There is some killer riding in the pines.
