Close, but a LITTLE too far southwest...(man I miss that bike ever time I see it!)...

Re: Where am I? (Can you place this picture...?)

OK, is this a historical place, or of any significance?

Can you tell us about the place? Would it be seen from a road?

Re: Where am I? (Can you place this picture...?)

...yes, you can see it from the road. No historical significance and it is on private land.

First hint was that Brackettville was a little too far southwest.

Second hint is that it is a very popular route, esp for those lucky enough to live in the San Antonio area.

Third hint...it has "sisters"...

Re: Where am I? (Can you place this picture...?)

That'd put it in the three sisters/337/camp wood area, but honestly, I just don't recognize it. I must not be looking hard enough!

Re: Where am I? (Can you place this picture...?)

Yup, 337. It is on the southside of 337. If the picture would zoom out, 337 is just on the other side of the building, running left to right.

It is a very large property that has similar cabins in various stages of construction and park tables/benches with a lake on one side.

And huge pastures on the other end (Campwood side). I've seen Buffaloe at times, but usually horses...

...you're up!

Yep, that'd be between Medina and Vanderpool before you go over the mountain.

Re: Where am I? (Can you place this picture...?)

Grover,

Please go back and read the first thread.....

Rules are rules including:
1)Only the person 'who has the ball' can post the picture. That person is determined by who guesses correctly the current picture.

2)Texas pics only.

OK, since I've got the ball - Where Am I? Town name and there's a few to choose from.

Re: Where am I? (Can you place this picture...?)

That has to be the golf cart from the airport in Stephenville.

I'm going to have to give this one to Janet for the Stephenville response. Yes, there are three locations of which Brady this wasn't.

On a side note, we have a new record at FOUR minutes for solving it. Congrats Janet.

YOU'VE got the ball! Post away....

Re: Where am I? (Can you place this picture...?)

I will call no joy. The few pictures I have left are completely unrecognizable as far as location.

LeanN2It, your new here. You have the ball.

I may have to pass to someone else as I am still bikeless and the only travelling pictures that I have handy are from outside of Texas. One more month to bike...one more month to bike...

OK. If you are willing to pass I'll suggest DFW_Warrior has the ball. He was the next correct response in line. If that's good for you LeanN2It, let's go with it, OK?
