Re: Not bad for the first solo trip.
Welcome back but don't hurry. Savor it while you can
You'll probably be too tuckered out Saturday morning, but if you're itching for another ride, join us at the Blue Hanger Cafe for breakfast. Can't wait to hear the stories

Re: Not bad for the first solo trip.
Congratulations on safely completing your grand adventure. It looked like the type of summer that will always be remembered, and never repeated. I hope you are refreshed and recharged with energy for your return to work.

Re: Not bad for the first solo trip.
home to Texas Sooz.! Thanks for taking us along on your ride and rafting. I can't help but remembering back to September about the look in your eyes after you were victorious over the center stand, and I was thinking 'theres somethin special about that girl who'll probly be off to some mighty good times on two wheels'. Good for you Soozy! Neal |

Here is another question for the forum. Why do none of you warn us beginners about closing the visor when you get hit by a big juicy bug? I have now taken bug guts in the eyes and mouth. Am I now a member of a secret society? The ending mileage on my trip is 1998. I can't wait to travel again.

Re: Not bad for the first solo trip.
Well, I'm sure you've heard the old saying,
"You can allways tell a HAPPY motorcyclist by the # of bugs on their teeth". I think you qualify! Oh and BTY, I' gonna let you in on a secret.... Your supposed to close the visor BEFORE you encounter the bugs to the head. And if you know Walter Mitty, it helps your fantasy. Especially if you want to remain a secret agent type movie star! Curtis
