Race Tech Springs & Gold Valves

When I bought this bike the guy gave me the race tech springs and gold valves. I could put in the springs myself but don't feel comfortable attacking the valving . I live in Wharton. Would anyone feel up to helping me or point me to someone that wouldn't charge too much?? Thats it in the picture. 98 bandit 1200
