Re: Thursday Austin Lunch M&G - Billy's - 11:30

Was trying to figure out if Mark's Guzzi was a person, what kind of person would it be? I'm thinking his Guzzi is a lumberjack.

I'll be in SoCal so won't be at lunch on the 19th but will be there the following week (04/26). Here's a sneak peek at it loaded in my truck at Lone Star...

Congratulations! Excellent choice. It looks like it can gobble up lots of miles for you. Have a great trip. Sam

It's a beautiful bike, it might even have wings.

Very nice Dave, congrats. I think it will be a little more comfortable on I-35 than the FZ6.

I just put 'er in reverse, hit the gas then hit the brakes and out it goes!

This was today in Round Rock just after the front passed through, at Old Settlers Park.

Thanks, everyone. And yes, it can gobble up the miles and is so much more comfortable than the Yamaha (which was good for what it was).

Much prettier than having that red truck around it.

D,

I seriously looked at this bike before settling on a Wing. Your bike is one of the best Sport Touring bikes money can buy. It needs very little if any mod's to make it long-distance road worthy. The suspension as you will find out is very good, so much better than many of the other such type bikes from the Japanese manufacturers.

Ride Hard. Ride Often.

Thanks Fred. Like every bike it has its quirks. Mine is not a couch on wheels like your Goldwing but hey, it also weighs about 800 pounds lighter and doesn't come stock with a trailer hitch. LOL
