Get ready & bend over...

The latest and greatest from Comrad Obama and his co-horts...

More good news from our beloved administration........

Now 'all Guns' must be listed on your next (2010) tax return! As if we didn't have enough to get upset about! If you have a gun, I hope it isn't registered! Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It will require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun. This bill was introduced on Feb... 24, 2009, by the Omama staff.. BUT . . this bill will only become public knowledge 30 days after the new law becomes effective ! This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee has passed this without the Senate voting on it at all. Trust Obama ? ..... you must be kidding ! The full text of the IRS amendment is on the U.S. Senate homepage, U.S. Senate You know who to call; I strongly suggest you do. Please send a copy of this e-mail to every gun owner you know. Text of H.R.45 as Introduced in House: Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009 - U.S.... OpenCongress Obama's Congress is now starting on the firearms confiscation bill. If it passes, gun owners will become criminals if you don't fully comply. It has begun . . . Whatever Obama's secret Master Plan is....this is just the 'tip of the iceberg!' Very Important for you to be aware of another new bill HR 45 introduced into the House. This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of 2009..|Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because the government is trying to fly it under the radar as a 'minor' IRS revision, and, as usuual, the 'political' lawmakers did not read this bill before signing and approving it ! To find out about this - go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Google HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information. Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:

It is registered -You are fingerprinted -You supply a current Driver's License -You supply your Social Security # -You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing -Each update - change of ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25 - Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail. -There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18. -They would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison. If you think this is a joke - go to the website and take your pick of many opt- ions to read this. It is long and lengthy. But, more and more people are becoming aware of this. Pass the word along. Any hunters in your family pass this along

This is just a "termite" approach to complete confiscation of guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no defense - chip away a little here and there until the goal is accomplished before anyone realizes it.This is one to act on whether you own a gun or not.. Search Results - THOMAS (Library of Congress< H.R.45: Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009 - U.S. Congress - OpenCongress

H.R. 45: Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009 (GovTrack.us

Please.. copy and send this out to EVERYONE in the USA , whether you support the Right to Bear Arms or are for gun control. We all should have the right to choose

Re: Get ready & bend over...

I'm not saying snopes is the end all for accurate reporting, but it does us no good to state inaccuracies when fighting the Obamanation. Parts of what you posted appear to be true; parts false. End of the day, it's still a blatant assault on the 2nd amendment.

I wonder what would happen if every law abiding citizen in this country refused and left that section blank . Would that be called a majority rule . The time is coming . SEYA

Re: Get ready & bend over...

Just got an email from some serious "gun-nut" buds and they tell me that this bill has been killed. I havent heard anything on it and I have a medium size arsenal over here.

I ain't bending over, personally. Neither I, nor any gun owner I know of will submit to this.

If I owned any firearms (which I don't, they were all lost 14 years ago during a tragic boating accident), I certainly wouldn't claim them so the government could keep track of them for me. I can do a fine job of that myself. Well, minus the boating accident of course.

Re: Get ready & bend over...

Actually, I think I've seen this before and it got canned in committee IIRC. Are they trying to bring it back?

Was this over on that one river? I lost most of mine in that storm and flood.

And I sold the others. Dang it, forgot to write down their contact info...

I received the same NRA-ILA email. Actually I've received a couple or three of them addressing this.

Re: Get ready & bend over...

I guess what we really should do is start a mass campaign to toss out the whole stinkin bunch...all 545 of the BUTTHEADS...both Republicans & Democrats...put in new meat that doesnt have an impire built. Look at Teddy...that drunk Dork is dead and people are still afraid of his power in Congress. We should demand that Congress has 1 term and the house has 3...this will give all of them 6 years and their butt is out. Then take away their lifetime salary and health benifits. Every problem that we have right now was created by a stinkin Democrat and a Republican in both the House and the Senate. Then these morons point the finger at each other and campaign against the very problems they created in the first place. Start making YOU TUBE promos and post them when you find out about all the stupid crap they vote for or the stupid crap you are going to get screwed over from...then send it to everyone that you know. They might fight among themselves over Democrat or Republican issues, but they sure stick together on whats GREAT for them and dont give 2 hoots for us!

Yep, hoax.

However I wouldn't be surprised if antis try to squeeze their agenda into this health care bill. They can and will stoop that low.

Re: Get ready & bend over...

There is more than one way they will attack our 2nd amendment rights.

I expect them to attack it (and win ground) on the ammo front. Create overly burdensome ammo regulations by Executive Order through your Homeland Security Czar and your nice AR becomes an expensive club. I can hear their reasoning now, "We're not regulating guns; ammo isn't protected by 2nd amendment rights."

Re: Get ready & bend over...

You mean like a 500% increase in ammo taxes like he suggested while an Illinois Senator?

Quote:
As we noted in our article "NRA Targets Obama," the NRA’s claim that Obama plans a 500 percent tax increase on ammunition was based solely on a nearly decade-old article from the Chicago Defender newspaper.

That Dec. 13, 1999, article from former Defender staff writer Chinta Strausberg, headlined "Obama unveils federal gun bill," reported that then-Illinois state Sen. Obama, who was running for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, proposed "to increase the federal taxes by 500 percent on the sale of firearm, ammunition [sic] – weapons he says are most commonly used in firearm deaths." According to Strausberg’s report, Obama made the proposal at an "anti-gun rally," where he proposed a host of other gun control policies.

If that was enacted, gun owners would get taxed twice then. Not only would the tax come from directly purchasing personal ammo, but can you imagine how much city taxes would increase in order to keep the local PD supplied? Afterall, the very same calibers we use is the very same calibers our LEAs use.

This Administration really didn't take Economics101 did they? We have no more money. I hope they start taking beans as payment because that about all us citizen have left to give. And that will be in short supply since you can make a pot of beans and some tortillas last a week for meals.
