First Aid Kits

For all you EMT types: Lets build a small first aid kit for dual sports bikes.
Parameters:
Must fit in a small pelican box or small cloth bag. Keeping dirt bike type injuries in mind. Must be able to obtain by everyone in retail stores.
How about just augmenting a pre made kit already out there. Which one do you like.
Chime in on whatever you carry on your bike.....whatever.
Open to all suggestions.

Must haves for me are:
Arnica gel for bruises
Tea tree oil antiseptic

Let er rip.
