WTB trailer

Looking for an open trailer at least 18 feet long with a good cargo capacity. Will be used for hauling construction materials to my place in the desert, so tires and bearings need to be in good shape. Gooseneck would work too in 20-30 foot length.

I have been shopping CL and stopping when I see trailers with for sale signs along rural roads. I will need to have a trailer with paperwork in order as I will be regularly passing through the border checkpoint with the rig.

Would consider a trailer that needs work (floor, tires, wiring, etc) if the price is right.
