Sold - AK47 and 12 Gauge, also Herters 7.62x39 FMJ, 500 rounds - $100 obo
Cabelas had a nice sale a while back on this ammo.
EDIT: THE AK AND AMMO ARE SOLD. The 12 gauge has never been shot and had a pretty nice tactical stock with a recoil absorbing spring inside. The AK is nice. Receiver is stamped but apparently the Bulgy's have thicker receivers than the usual WASR's you see. The closest you can get to a milled basically. Barrel is nice n shiny. It's got a black Choate stock, and is all black. The bottom forend has a rail so you can mount your grenade launcher if you want. I paid $480 for it at TexGuns. Good guys there. Make a fair offer. I have never shot this rifle but the action and condition are excellent. This came sort of suddenly and I don't have access to photos yet.

Re: AK47 and 12 Gauge, also Herters 7.62x39 FMJ, 500 rounds - $100 obo
I'm having trouble getting my flickr links to work properly here. You can view photos at
http://s536.photobucket.com/albums/ff323/je2000/ and also at http://www.flickr.com/photos/whitesc...7609372082778/ My flickr account has some pics of my 4 month old boy, which is where all this money is going. So it's for a good cause. Wish I could say it was for the bike, but hey, he comes first. The rounds are gone, sorry guys. The guy was a taxi driver and he happened to be right in my neighborhood last night. Paid $480 plus tax for the AK. I think $450 with no tax is fair. This is a Bulgarian SSR85-C2 model imported by TGI. The magazine is steel and there is no wobble. The slant brake is...that popular US company. Probably added for compliance. It has a Tapco trigger group. I've never shot it. I cleaned it and the bore is perfect. Trigger pull feels good to me and the action is smooth. Definitely not your dime a dozen beater WASR. Some research on this rifle turns out great reviews and as close as you're gonna get to a milled receiver in a stamped version. It's solid. Bulgarians come normally in black furniture and I do believe this is the same rifle Iraqi Security forces use. Obviously it's been chopped up and imported for the US, but essentially, it's the same. The Mossberg 88 has not been shot ever. I got it at Academy and added the stock. I'm going to ask regular full price for the gun. I believe it's $190 right now at Academy. Basically you're getting a very nice recoil absorbing stock with a spring inside for free. I think I paid $85 for the stock at Cabelas. I've got some ammo lying around I think. A few boxes of slugs, big walmart winchester box of 00. Will have to dig em up. I would sell the ammo cheap. I hate to sell these but these things must go before the bike does. There are talks about that too. Next up, the Nintendo Wii. These are just things, right? Right?!?!?
