Dang PoPo, Stuntas gonna Stunt.

Some might like this...........

Apparently they were doing some stuntin' before the video started and that was the reason for the stop.

What's wrong with kids these days. We didn't have that when I was young.

I was impressed in the video creator's talent at editing. He managed to remove, not even blur, but remove the license plates of a bunch of the bikes.

Re: Dang PoPo, Stuntas gonna Stunt.

When will these kids learn?

We always do our stunt rides during shift change when all the po-po are at the station changing cars.

( Or in the parking lot at work on the way to lunch )

Are you kidding me, after a minute and a half I closed the vid. Warn me next time you're gonna post A REALLY LAME vid of a bunch of bikes plodding along the interstate. I could have spent the last minute and a half watching grass grow!

You missed the exciting part where most of them made an illegal u-turn through the grassy median and headed the wrong way on the service road. The highlight was the cop running over the biker (slowed down 75% and magnified 175x so you can see there might have been contact).

While I agree stuntin' on public streets is not something to condone, I also do not condone the comments from the police officers' website. Some of the comments about how do "deal with" motorcyclists are appalling coming from LEOs.

Oh c'mon, nothing like a - lil' blowing off of steam. You've never had a cud chewing get together in your work field especially considering all the paperwork that now has to be done?

I used to see that all the time on cop-oriented forums. A lot of po-po forget they're posting on a public forum rather than at a shift change party where it's kinda like Vegas: "What's said here, stays here".

Wow, I can't believe some of the comments. Some are truly disturbing. Det cord and claymores? Hmm... why don't we start draw and quarter back up for identity theft if we are gonna use bombs for traffic violations. My fear is that some law abiding citizen will see me on my strom, assume I am a stunter just because of appearance and become vigilante on me. They will get off as an accident and they will think 'got one more'. Some of my near misses were obviously intentional on the other party, and it just makes you wonder.

Oh come now... no one would ever confuse something as ugly as a Strom with something like a sport bike.

Yeah I know you would think, but believe it or not, some people (general public) that I have talked to, looked at my bike and thought it was a sport bike. With comments like it sure looks fast, or how fast will it go?

They can tell it's not a Harley, so it must be a sport bike right?

Oh, and my new one is a little better looking.

Had a guy on an R6 do that at a gas station. Saw the DL1000 sticker and immediately assumed all liter bikes go race. Then commented that my ammo can saddle bags and rigid high mount lights looked out of place. I guess he completely ignored the fact I have half of hill country caked across the bike.

Whenever you're wondering why someone did something, you can usually answer the question with "people are stupid." The second most common responses are "people are greedy" and "people are selfish" and "people are self serving."

Well when you see the first news story of cops using claymores to stop a chase, I'll start to worry. Granted, I wouldn't say those things on a forum but there is a big difference between thinking something and doing something.
